Earth Rated
https://earthrated.comEarth Rated is a Canadian CPG brand on a mission to make everyday moments for people and their dogs simpler and better. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Montreal, they started with one product — a better poop bag — and have since grown into a full pet care brand trusted by over 4.5 million dog owners daily. Their product lineup now spans cleanup, grooming wipes, shampoos, and accessories, with distribution across 25,000+ retail doors in 40+ countries.
What makes Earth Rated different isn't just the products — it's the philosophy behind them. Every item is thoughtfully designed, eco-conscious (B Corp certified), and built around real lived experience with dogs. In 2023, they opened a dedicated Innovation Centre in Montreal — a signal that product development is no longer a side function. It's core to where the company is going. With recent expansions into pee pads (launched 2025), grooming (2024), and growing shelf presence at PetSmart and Walmart across North America, Earth Rated is in active category expansion mode. This is a company building — not maintaining.

Define and refine product USPs to strengthen differentiation and brand alignment
Product Lifecycle & Launch Readiness
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, optimization, and ongoing management
Translate innovation into product briefs and roadmap plans with cross-functional partners across Innovation, Insights, Sales, eCommerce, and Operations
