Waabi
http://www.waabi.aiWaabi, founded by AI visionary Raquel Urtasun, is pioneering the future of Physical AI, starting with autonomous trucks and robotaxis. The company is backed by and partners with world leaders across AI, automotive, logistics, and deep tech. They bring a world-class team and an innovative approach that unleashes the power of AI to “drive” safety in the real world.
At the core is Waabi’s revolutionary Physical AI Platform: a fully end-to-end AI model capable of advanced reasoning, paired with one of the world’s most sophisticated neural simulation systems. For the first time in the industry, a single shared “brain” powers both autonomous trucks and robotaxis. The same AI model learns, adapts, and improves across applications — so every mile driven makes the entire system smarter.

About the Role:
The Senior Executive Assistant is the CEO’s right hand, driving priorities, anticipating needs, and keeping mission-critical initiatives on track in a fast-moving environment. This is a strategic partnership, not a traditional administrative role—requiring judgment, discretion, and the ability to bring order and momentum to complex situations. With high visibility across the company, this leader serves as a trusted advisor, operational anchor, and key driver of how the Executive Office—and the organization—scales for the future.
Executive Support & Partnership: Provide strategic, high-level support to the CEO, anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and act as a trusted partner. Serve as a connector across the company and with external partners, while leading the Executive Assistant team and driving the effectiveness of the Office of the Executive.
Calendar, Travel & Logistics Management: Manage a complex, evolving calendar across time zones, coordinate board meetings and executive offsites, and handle all travel planning. Ensure meetings are purposeful and outcome-driven, track action items, and use strong judgment to prioritize information and support executive decision-making.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Manage sensitive correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials while interfacing confidently with investors, Board members, partners, government officials, and leadership. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks by tracking decisions, action items, and commitments to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
Business & Operational Support: Keep the CEO focused on top priorities by tracking initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables. Anticipate evolving needs with strong judgment, bring structure without slowing momentum, and drive key initiatives and special projects to help the company move faster and smarter.
Confidentiality & Trust: Handle highly sensitive legal, financial, and personnel information with discretion and integrity, exercising sound judgment in high-stakes or ambiguous situations.
About You:
You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while flawlessly managing details, remaining calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure. With strong emotional intelligence and sound interpersonal judgment, you build trust, navigate complex situations, and support the CEO and organization with confidence and insight.
