About the Role
Bloom is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation and support Account Executives by identifying and qualifying high-quality opportunities.
This role is ideal for an energetic, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both inbound and outbound engagement. You will play a critical role in building relationships with prospective clients and contributing to Bloom’s growth.
Drive top-of-funnel lead generation for Account Executives
Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively engage outbound prospects
Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospective clients
Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
About You
You are an early-career sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building relationships, generating opportunities, and contributing to a high-growth team.
1–2 years of relevant work experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Bonus: You have a Level 1 Mortgage Agent License in Ontario or underwriting experience

Flexible and responsive, with occasional availability outside standard 9–5 hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in-office (Tuesday & Thursday)

Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $76,400
