About the Role:
This is a fractional Director of eCommerce engagement (approximately 3–4 months) brought in to provide strategic leadership during a critical phase of digital evolution. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll own outcomes from day one.
This isn't a discovery role. You'll assess quickly, set priorities, and drive measurable commercial impact. The mandate sits at the intersection of marketing, customer experience, analytics, and technology — with full accountability for digital channel performance, conversion, and revenue growth.
About You:
7+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital product leadership — with direct ownership of commercial outcomes
Deep experience optimizing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital acquisition
Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions with data and build the case for investment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority
Comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and speed matters
Fractional or consulting-ready — you ramp fast, focus on impact, and don't need a long runway
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect digital initiatives to customer outcomes and business performance
Compensation:
Salary ranging from $150-$180k+ annually, depending on experience
