About the Role
Bloom Finance Company is hiring an Account Executive to manage high-intent inbound sales opportunities from initial conversation through to funded deal. This is a consultative, phone-based role focused on education, trust-building, and execution, guiding homeowners through a complex and highly regulated financial decision.
The Account Executive owns the full client relationship, working with warm inbound leads generated through Bloom’s marketing and referral channels. Success in this role requires strong sales discipline, exceptional organization, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
Managing a pipeline of approximately 40 inbound leads per month
Educating prospective clients and their families on reverse mortgages and Bloom’s products and process
Qualifying borrowers against Bloom’s lending criteria
Taking full mortgage applications and guiding clients through underwriting, appraisal, and funding
Owning the client relationship end-to-end, from first call to closing
Maintaining accurate documentation, notes, and follow-ups throughout a multi-step sales process
Collaborating closely with underwriting, operations, and SDR partners to move deals forward
Identifying opportunities to improve sales and onboarding processes
About You
You are a consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and takes pride in helping clients make informed financial decisions.
1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in mortgages, financial services, or a regulated environment
Must have an active Mortgage Agent, Broker, or Associate license in Ontario or BC
Exceptional communication skills and a strong phone presence
A deeply ingrained customer-first mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort managing complex, multi-step deal cycles
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
Flexibility to occasionally support clients outside traditional business hours
Must be located in Ontario and open to 2X a week hybrid in-office environment

Compensation:
Base Salary: $75,000
Variable Compensation: Up to $75,000 (performance-based, uncapped)
