Director of Tax & Accounting

Come for the tax strategy. Stay because we actually like each other.

Yes, we're serious about tax. We care about technical excellence, great client service, and doing things the right way.

How We Work

We believe great work comes from people who have the time and energy to do great work.

We run a real business at a sustainable pace.

During the off-season, our office is closed Fridays.

During busy season, we hold to Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

We invest in our people because the work is better when the people doing it aren't running on empty.

We want people who are ambitious and take pride in their work—but we don't believe ambition has to mean sacrificing your life outside of work.

Your responsibilities will center around four areas: technical & quality, people & development, client service, and business development.
