Senior Application Engineer – Legal CMS & Productivity Applications / Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to own the full lifecycle of key enterprise applications within its Legal CMS and Productivity Applications portfolio. This is an opportunity to drive reliability, security, and continuous improvement across the firm's document management, records management, and integration platforms, working at the intersection of technical architecture and business strategy. This role can be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Denver, New York City, Dallas, Houston, Washington, D.C., or Century City.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administering, configuring, and optimizing enterprise applications for stability and performance

• Architecting integrations and workflows aligned with firm standards and best practices

• Building and maintaining integrations and data flows using Intapp Integrate and Boomi

• Conducting risk assessments and coordinating security remediation activities

• Serving as the primary technical liaison to software vendors

• Creating documentation and delivering training for end users and technical teams

About You

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in professional services or regulated environments

• Expert knowledge of DMS, Records Management Systems, and Intapp Wallbuilder security models

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, and PowerShell for automation

• Intermediate-level REST API development experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure); Boomi development experience preferred
