Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an AI & Innovation Attorney to sit at the intersection of M&A and Private Equity practice, technology, and innovation. This is a rare opportunity for a transactional lawyer to shape how AI and emerging technology transform deal work, translating substantive expertise into scalable tools and knowledge infrastructure that impact lawyers and clients firm-wide.

Remote (no in-office requirement) - within commuting distance of one of their U.S. offices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and piloting AI, automation, and technology opportunities for M&A and PE matters

• Evaluating, prototyping, and implementing AI-assisted tools, document automation, and prompt libraries

• Enhancing the firm's M&A and PE drafting resources with current market terms and structures

• Analyzing and refining precedents and drafting materials using AI-assisted review tools

• Building and maintaining scalable precedent and knowledge infrastructure

• Leading training sessions for attorneys on AI tools and new workflows

About You

• Minimum 4 years of M&A and/or Private Equity legal practice experience

• Demonstrated passion for AI and a clear point of view on its application to legal workflows

• Experience building or maintaining precedent and knowledge infrastructure

• Personal or professional coding or tech-building experience highly valued
