What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered tools for contract review, due diligence, and drafting.

• Manage full-altitude deal execution, handling strategic AI builds alongside administrative throughput like closing checklists and signature pages.

• Partner with the infrastructure team on AI security, data governance, and compliance policies.

• Support insurance programs and streamline claims processes using AI.

About You

• Genuine hands-on builder with 1–3 years experience personally configuring AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Legora)—not just overseeing implementation.

• Deep, daily legal tech fluency as a core strength, living inside these tools to transform transactional workflows.

• Comfortable with full-altitude execution, balancing high-level AI deployment with granular administrative process management without needing a large supporting team.

• Preparedness to showcase concrete examples of self-built AI capabilities during the selection process.
