Business Solutions Architect / Senior Business Analyst (Legal Technology)

Our client, a legal technology and business systems consulting firm serving government, legal, and public-sector organizations, is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to help lead discovery, solution design, and implementation across major system modernization projects. This is a rare opportunity to establish business analysis methodology from the ground up as the firm's first dedicated hire in this role, working directly with high-profile government and legal sector clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading discovery sessions and documenting current-state and future-state business processes

• Developing functional solution designs for case management, workflows, and integrations

• Translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and design documentation

• Supporting implementation planning, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness

• Serving as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors

• Managing multiple concurrent projects across varied methodologies and client types

About You

• 7+ years in business systems consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis

• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability

• Familiarity with multiple project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, JAD, Hybrid)

• Experience with COTS implementations or a software vendor/consultancy background

• Legal industry experience a plus, though not required
