Product Growth Manager
Montreal, QC
Mega is an AI-powered growth engine built to replace the traditional marketing agency for small and mid-sized businesses. Instead of selling software that owners have to learn and operate, Mega deploys a network of specialized AI agents — SEO & GEO, Paid Ads, Website, Conversion — that do the actual work: keyword research, content production, campaign management, technical fixes, and reporting. Customers feel like they've hired a high-quality growth team, but it runs as software.
Founded by a team that built the underlying AI tooling to supercharge their own growth (after starting out building a video game company), Mega pivoted hard once that internal tooling started outperforming anything on the market. The bet paid off: Mega is now trusted by 1,000+ SMBs, has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Business Insider, and Axios, and closed an $11.5M Series A in March 2026 led by Goodwater Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Atreides, SignalFire, and Kearny Jackson.
The commercial team is scaling fast to match — Mega is targeting roughly 50 new hires over the next six months, and this hire is part of that push.

About the Role
Mega is replacing traditional account management with something new. AI already answers 90% of customer emails and will soon handle half of customer calls, leaving the work that needs a smart human.
As a Product Growth Manager, you own a book of ~200 customers. You’re their main point of contact, the person who solves their problems and helps them get full value from Mega. Half your time is spent with customers. The other half is spent solving problems, working with the product team, and often building the fix yourself with tools like Claude Code and Codex.
The problems are usually new, so we’re not looking for ticket managers. We want systems thinkers who get to the root of an issue and fix it for good.
Be the customer’s main point of contact:
Own a book of ~200 customers and be their go-to human at Mega
Get to know their business well enough to spot problems before they raise them
Run regular check-ins and keep customers confident in the product and the relationship
Pick up customers from the moment they sign (founders are CC’d on every intro; customer closeness is part of the culture)
Solve customer problems, often yourself:
Take problems all the way to the root rather than patching symptoms
Build solutions directly using AI coding tools. Example: a customer wants a new metric in their dashboard, so you build it
Work with the product team when a problem needs a bigger fix
Handle problems no one at Mega has seen before, which is most of them
Find the patterns across your book:
Spot recurring issues and needs across your 200 customers
Turn those patterns into bigger solutions that help many customers at once
Feed what you’re seeing directly into Mega’s product roadmap
Grow your accounts
Help customers adopt Mega’s full suite of products
Own net revenue retention for your book: keep customers, grow them, prove value
Upsell by solving real problems, not by pitching
Automate your own job:
Anything repetitive or low-value, automate it
Continuously reduce the manual work in your book so you can spend time where it matters
Help shape how Mega’s customer function scales with AI
Build toward product:
Contribute to the product as part of your day-to-day
Be first in line when Mega launches new agents. Lucas’s example: two PGMs given an accounting agent to build and launch from scratch
Grow into a full-time product and engineering role over time
What a typical week looks like:
~50% customer time: calls, check-ins, onboarding, expansion conversations
~50% problem solving: building fixes, scoping product requests, automating workflows
Constant context-switching between customer conversations and hands-on building
Close collaboration with product and engineering
High ownership, low hand-holding
