A global law firm with a Chambers Band 1 ranked Real Estate practice is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Associate to join its Real Estate Group in New York City. What You'll Be Doing

• Handling real estate matters including joint ventures, finance, and development

• Working on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions

• Managing a challenging workload across a variety of deal types

• Collaborating with partners and clients on real estate transactions nationally

About You

• 5-9 years of real estate experience

• Substantial experience with one or more of: joint ventures, real estate finance, development, acquisitions, dispositions, or leasing

• Strong career history at a well-regarded peer law firm

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity
