Litigation Associate / Entertainment and Media Litigation Attorney

A well established firm recognized for its work in entertainment, media, and technology is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles office. You will join a dynamic and growing group of commercial litigators serving the film, television, and video game industries, with hands on responsibility and a voice in shaping litigation strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing deadlines across multiple clients and matters

• Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and examining witnesses at trial

• Preparing clear and persuasive letters, pleadings, and motions

• Drafting strategic discovery requests and responses

• Reviewing documents for case analysis and trial preparation

• Leading discussions with clients and internal teams

About You

• At least 3 years of post law school experience

• Extensive experience in federal and California civil procedure

• Familiarity with ADR procedures such as JAMS, AAA, and IFTA is a plus

• Active membership in the California Bar

• Strong academic credentials
