Legal Technology Implementation Consultant / Legal Tech Consultant (Remote)

Our client, a legal technology and management consulting firm serving public-sector legal organizations, corporate legal departments, and law firms, is seeking a Legal Technology Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team. This fully remote role blends hands-on implementation work with legal domain expertise, guiding clients through system selection, configuration, and deployment across a range of leading legal technology platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical design

• Configuring and developing legal technology systems based on approved designs

• Drafting deliverables including functional design documents, data maps, and training guides

• Administering system testing and resolving defects with technology providers

• Independently managing assigned project components, including client communication

• Supporting business development efforts such as proposals and presentations

About You

• 5+ years of legal technology experience across assessment, design, configuration, and deployment

• Experience independently managing workstreams on enterprise-scale projects

• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills

• Platform experience with tools such as ProLaw, Filevine, Sharedo/Clio Operate, or similar highly valued

• Background in consulting or client-facing project delivery preferred
