Lateral Associate – Labor & Employment / Employment Litigation Attorney

A leading global law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment associate to join its San Francisco office. This is primarily an employer-side litigation practice, with class and representative action experience across wage and hour and discrimination matters, along with some advice and investigations work.

• Managing litigation matters alongside partners and the broader team

About You

• 3+ years of experience at a peer law firm in the employment space

• Experience with class actions helpful
