Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an Enterprise Collaboration Platforms Administrator to serve as the primary administrator for its collaboration ecosystem, including Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft Teams, Lark, Webex, and Zoom. This is an opportunity to shape platform governance and the deployment of governed AI bots and agents across a global firm. The role can be based in any U.S. office.

What You'll Be Doing
Administering Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft Teams, and Lark with consistent governance
Managing identity lifecycle through Entra ID, including SSO, SCIM, and auto offboarding
Maintaining a registry of apps, bots, and agents, and leading incident response when a bot host goes silent
Configuring retention, legal hold, and eDiscovery processes across platforms
Building and maintaining Lark custom bots through the Lark Open Platform API
Publishing governance documentation and training attorneys and staff
About You
5+ years of enterprise IT administration, including at least 2 years administering collaboration platforms for 500+ users
Demonstrated experience administering Slack Enterprise Grid
Experience administering Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview
Hands on production experience administering Lark, including the Admin Console and Open Platform API
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SCIM provisioning, and attribute mapping
