A well-established litigation firm is seeking a midlevel Commercial Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco office. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and supporting all phases of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts

• Conducting legal research and drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials

• Handling fact investigation, document review, and witness preparation

• Participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

• Collaborating with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy

• Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship efforts

About You

• Minimum of four years of relevant commercial litigation experience at a law firm or comparable environment

• Admission to practice in California or eligibility to waive into the California Bar

• Experience drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, and preparing for depositions

• Prior trial, arbitration, or evidentiary hearing experience a plus
