Business Development Specialist – Bankruptcy and Restructuring / BD Specialist, Restructuring

Our client, a powerhouse firm with the heart of a boutique, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group. This is an opportunity to work directly with lawyers recognized at the forefront of their field, driving client development and new business pursuits for a high-performing, growth-focused group.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting execution of the group's business development initiatives and budget

• Producing tailored, client-centric pitch materials and presentations

• Managing research on new business targets, industries, and competitors

• Maintaining a business development pipeline and results tracking in the CRM

• Coordinating events, sponsorships, and content marketing with the marketing team

• Managing directory and award submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500

About You

• Minimum 3 years of marketing or BD experience in a law firm or professional services firm

• Practice experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, debt finance, leveraged finance, or structured finance

• Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and technology tools, including AI platforms

• Paralegal experience a plus

• Strong research and analytical abilities
