What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting business development and client targeting for assigned finance practices

• Developing core messaging and value propositions for capital markets audiences

• Managing pitch materials, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses

• Managing directory submissions, league table reporting, and industry recognition programs

• Managing visibility opportunities including conference sponsorships and thought leadership

• Compiling market and competitive intelligence with the research team

About You

• 5–8+ years of business development or marketing experience, ideally in law, banking, or professional services

• Basic understanding of debt, equity, and high-yield transactions

• Working knowledge of capital markets audiences (issuers, underwriters, asset managers, PE professionals)

• Experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing systems

• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
