Digital Marketing Manager
Remote - USA
$80,000 - $100,000
About the Company
Our client is an American-made and owned HVAC air filter company, selling replacement air filters direct to consumers in every standard size, including custom, with a strong customer review base.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on buying role, not an oversight one, in the account every day. This person will play an important role in the creative flywheel: what's learned through ad performance feeds the content manager's next round of creative, and their next round comes back to be tested.
The client is looking for someone eager to learn and stretch their skills, since this role will also have exposure to paid search, TV, and YouTube. That experience isn't required coming in, but genuine interest in learning it is.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Meta ads: build and launch campaigns, publish new creative, manage budgets, scale winners, pause losers.
- Read creative performance and know why something worked.
- Share results with the content manager on a regular cadence: what to make more of, what to retire, what to try next.
- Spot trends across creative, audiences, and placements, and bring them to the team before they show up in the monthly numbers.
- Support project based paid search campaigns for new product launches.
- Learn to read performance on TV and YouTube, and help connect what those channels do to what shows up in paid social.
- Keep reporting clean and current so anyone can see how the channel is performing.
Who They're Looking For
- 2-4 years running paid social, with real hands-on time in Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfort with creative testing: naming conventions, test structure, knowing when a result is real and when it's noise.
- Ability to pull a number, explain what it means, and say what to do about it.
- Clear communication, since a core part of this job is translating performance data for people who don't live in the ad account.
- Organized enough to keep a testing calendar and a reporting rhythm without being chased.
Who Does Well Here
Someone genuinely curious about the work, who reads the account because they want to know, not because a report is due. Someone who asks why a creative won, who volunteers for the channel they've never touched, who'd rather learn TV measurement from scratch than stay in the lane they already know. Real room to run and a real budget to manage early, in exchange for treating that as an opportunity rather than a job description.
