Creative Strategist

About the Company
Our client is a supplement brand built by blue collar workers, for blue collar workers, with formulas designed for the demands of physical trade work. Real performance, endurance, and recovery are the focus, honest and transparent by design. The brand is six months in and already doing eight figures in annualized revenue niched into blue collar men in the US and tradies in Australia. Everything is built in house, with a culture built on high standards and bonus driven performance rather than agency overhead.

Role Overview
This is a Creative Strategist role owning the full creative engine behind the brand's paid social growth, from concept to script to closing the loop on what actually performs. Remote, with a preference for US based candidates (Eastern Europe also considered).

Responsibilities

• High-volume concepting: generate roughly 15 net new creative concepts per week, each pushed through 2 to 4 iterations, producing about 50 to 60 assets per week for Meta ads.

• Top of funnel scripts: write and iterate top of funnel scripts built around problem and solution angles that stop the scroll and drive cold traffic.

• Close the feedback loop: take creative performance data from Facebook Ads Manager and turn it directly into sharper future concepts.

• Project manage production: direct the designers and video editors who support the role, keeping post production resources moving without needing to touch every asset personally.

• Use AI as leverage: use AI tools to speed up ideation and production while keeping personal creative judgment in the driver's seat.

• Strategic creative thinking: build a real point of view on what makes blue collar and tradie audiences convert, not just execute on requests.

Who They're Looking For

• Real experience in creative strategy for paid social, ideally with Meta ads.

• Can write scripts that convert, especially top of funnel, problem and solution style ads.

• Has shipped high volumes of creative on a consistent weekly cadence.

• Knows how to read creative performance data and translate it into better concepts, not just more concepts.

• Has managed or directed designers and editors to bring their ideas to life.

• Uses AI to move faster, but isn't dependent on it to do the thinking.

• Wants to build inside a brand, not bounce between agency clients.
