We're looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join a newly formed AI product team building the future of our customer experience.

This is a rare opportunity to apply Agentic AI to a real-world product used at massive scale—not experimental prototypes, but production software that impacts millions of users every year.

The Opportunity

You'll help build a new AI-powered product focused on transforming how customers engage with our platform—from the very first interaction through the entire customer journey.

Working alongside Product, Design, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Platform teams, you'll own customer-facing experiences that combine modern AI with exceptional product design.

This is a true 50/50 Full-Stack role with equal emphasis on frontend craftsmanship and backend engineering.

What You'll Work On

• Build AI-powered customer experiences using React, TypeScript, and Node.js

• Design and develop conversational interfaces and intelligent workflows

• Ship highly polished, user-facing features from concept through production

• Build scalable backend services and APIs that power AI experiences

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, ML, and Data Engineering teams

• Help modernize a large-scale consumer platform through AI-driven innovation

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience building modern full-stack applications

• Strong frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript

• Experience with Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS

• True product engineer with roughly equal frontend and backend experience

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products or integrating LLMs into production applications

• Strong product instincts and a passion for building exceptional user experiences

• Experience owning products and features from idea through production

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego mindset

Compensation
