Credit Finance Technical Jr. Business Analyst

Our client is a private lender specializing in bridge loans and development financing for a specialized real estate credit/lending niche. The engineers are strong, but only a few on the dev team have a finance background. This role closes that gap, helping the head of engineering deliver long term solutions for business stakeholders.

**What You'll Build**

- Reports and analyses that answer time-sensitive leadership questions, not just recurring dashboards

- Python and SQL work turning real real estate credit/lending data, with all its real-world nuance, into reliable financial insight

- Coordination across the team's onsite and offshore developers, keeping deliverables and blockers visible

- By year one, a primary point of contact for business-side questions, absorbing project coordination the head of technology currently handles

**What Success Requires**

- Real estate credit/lending data rarely arrives clean. A number can look right and be wrong, or look wrong and be right, and telling the difference takes both data fluency and financial judgment

- This role holds both threads at once

**Who This Is For**

- Able to calculate DSCR, not just define it, with a working understanding of mezzanine loan repayment priority in a capital stack

- That knowledge can come from a job, a CFA track, or genuine independent interest; a finance degree isn't required

- Comfort with Python and SQL matters more than tenure

- Any experience coordinating work across a team, even informally, transfers directly
