    About the Role

    We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused leader to drive growth across sales, marketing, and partnerships. This role oversees merchant acquisition, retention, channel partnerships, marketing strategy, and revenue operations, while building and leading a high-performing, cross-functional growth team.

    The VP of Growth/Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for scaling customer acquisition, optimizing retention, and aligning all revenue functions to fuel rapid expansion.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across all customer segments and channels.

    • Lead sales, marketing, and channel partnership teams to drive revenue growth.

    • Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and partnerships to expand reach.

    • Optimize customer lifecycle, retention, and lifetime value.

    • Implement data-driven processes, KPIs, and performance tracking.

    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure unified growth initiatives.

    • Oversee marketing strategy, including brand, content, paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.

    • Build and manage strategic partnerships to enhance distribution and customer acquisition.

    Who You Are

    • 10+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue leadership, preferably in fintech or payments.

    • Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving measurable growth.

    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

    • Analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinker.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
