About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to lead national ad sales for a rapidly scaling AI-first DOOH platform. As the VP of National Ad Sales, you’ll take ownership of revenue growth across brands and agencies, developing the strategy, relationships, and execution needed to scale a high-velocity advertiser pipeline.
You’ll partner directly with executive leadership, own deep client relationships, and play a central role in shaping the go-to-market motion at a critical moment of hypergrowth. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy to grow DOOH network across brands and agencies.

  • Build and manage deep relationships with advertisers, media buyers, planners, and strategy teams.

  • Drive consistent pipeline generation through outreach, prospecting, and targeted engagement.

  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value narratives to convert leads into high-value customers.

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strong execution and relationship management.

  • Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to expand visibility and network reach.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product positioning and overall client experience.

Your Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in media sales or DOOH sales.

  • Proven track record of success in client-facing revenue roles.

  • Strong experience selling into agencies, brands, or media networks.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Self-starter mentality with strong outbound discipline and pipeline management capabilities.
