Compensation: $150–$200K base + $300–$500K OTE

This is a pivotal opportunity to lead national ad sales for a rapidly scaling AI-first DOOH platform. As the VP of National Ad Sales, you’ll take ownership of revenue growth across brands and agencies, developing the strategy, relationships, and execution needed to scale a high-velocity advertiser pipeline.
You’ll partner directly with executive leadership, own deep client relationships, and play a central role in shaping the go-to-market motion at a critical moment of hypergrowth. Develop and execute the national sales strategy to grow DOOH network across brands and agencies.
Build and manage deep relationships with advertisers, media buyers, planners, and strategy teams.
Drive consistent pipeline generation through outreach, prospecting, and targeted engagement.
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value narratives to convert leads into high-value customers.
Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strong execution and relationship management.
Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to expand visibility and network reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product positioning and overall client experience.

A strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative sales approaches and adapt quickly to client needs.
Exceptionally organized — comfortable managing pipelines, calendars, and outreach motions with precision.

A hands-on executor who takes ownership, moves quickly, and consistently delivers results.
5–10+ years of experience in media sales or DOOH sales.
Proven track record of success in client-facing revenue roles.
Strong experience selling into agencies, brands, or media networks.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Self-starter mentality with strong outbound discipline and pipeline management capabilities.
