You’ll help design services, data models, and APIs that power a trusted national platform connecting homeowners with local professionals for every aspect of home care.
Architect and build a new backend platform from the ground up using modern technologies and cloud-native best practices.
Lead development of core marketplace systems including quoting, scheduling, intelligent dispatching, payments, and fulfillment.
Develop growth features such as referral loops and in-app transactions.
Collaborate with UX, Operations, and business teams to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
Leverage AI tools, code generation, and developer copilots to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
Design a technical backbone capable of intelligent dispatch and routing for national fulfillment.
Build a subscription and renewal engine for Home Management Plans.
Create a unified data platform connecting customers, services, and payments.
Architect systems that balance national scale with hyper-local service delivery.
Combine startup-style innovation with the backing of a trusted Canadian brand.

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (Node.js, TypeScript, React).
Strong background in API design, data modeling, and system integration.
Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments preferred.
Expertise building scalable, reusable UI components and consistent patterns.
Ability to own complex projects end-to-end and deliver measurable impact.
Passion for translating thoughtful designs into polished, user-friendly experiences.
