    The Role
    We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Manager to join the Product team. You will play a key role in executing product strategy, delivering exceptional products, and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth company and help shape the future of modern finance in Canada.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Product Strategy: Contribute directly to top-level product strategy and roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and long-term vision.

    • Product Planning: Create and maintain a product plan outlining key features, enhancements, and initiatives; manage dependencies and coordinate across teams.

    • Product Development: Oversee end-to-end product development, working closely with Engineers, Designers, Product Ops, and other internal stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with customer and business needs.

    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners to gather and analyze requirements; translate business needs into product specifications and user stories.

    • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes; identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, user behavior data, and A/B testing to guide product decisions and measure impact.

    • Product Adoption: Plan and execute product launches, working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption, retention, and engagement.

    • Customer-Focused Development: Gather feedback and iterate on products to continuously improve customer experience.

    About You

    • Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, with a track record of ownership and measurable impact.

    • Customer-obsessed and able to translate insights into actionable product decisions.

    • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams including Engineers, Designers, and Product Operations.

    • Strong technical understanding of backend systems, APIs, and SaaS product architecture.

    • Data-driven, analytical, and able to balance metrics with customer experience.

    • Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment; proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.

    • Understanding of the finance and spend management space is a plus.

    • Strong grasp of product impact on P&L and business outcomes.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
