    About the Role

    The Senior Data Scientist will play a foundational role in shaping the company’s data science capabilities and building out the Data & Business Insights team. This role involves driving actionable insights, developing predictive models, and influencing strategic decisions across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify key metrics, determine necessary data, and establish processes for data collection, storage, cleaning, and maintenance.

    • Build and optimize data infrastructure, selecting appropriate technologies and tools for data science activities.

    • Work with leadership to analyze business performance, test hypotheses, and identify growth opportunities.

    • Analyze large-scale, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making.

    • Evaluate and enhance existing models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

    • Collaborate across teams to understand data needs and provide actionable solutions.

    • Strong technical skills: data modelling, data mining, predictive modelling, forecasting, causal inference, Python, SQL, DBT, Snowflake, and data visualization. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling is a plus.

    • Business acumen to understand the context and impact of data on decisions and product adoption.

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

    • Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking.

    • Strong prioritization skills and experimental mindset for data-driven decision-making.

    • Passion for continuous learning and collaboration with peers.
