We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive to help grow a rapidly expanding technology staffing practice across North America. This role is focused primarily on new business development, with some responsibility for managing and expanding a small portfolio of existing accounts.
You will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, relationship development, proposals, negotiation, and closing—while partnering closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
This role is ideal for a proven IT staffing sales professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys building new client relationships.
Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and relationship building
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close
Develop account strategies and territory plans aligned with revenue targets
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, staffing quotes, and Statements of Work
Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful client delivery
Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecasting within the CRM
8+ years of sales experience within IT staffing or technology services
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing new accounts
Strong prospecting and enterprise relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Experience working with CRM platforms and sales tools
