Head of Delivery

About the Role
This is a senior executive opportunity to lead and transform a global Delivery organization spanning Professional Services and Managed Services across the U.S. and India. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Delivery will own the full delivery lifecycle — ensuring execution excellence, driving operational rigor, and architecting a new delivery model that is faster, more automated, more repeatable, and deeply integrated with Product and Engineering.
You’ll oversee a 40+ person delivery organization while building the systems, frameworks, automation, and leadership structure required for the next stage of scaling. What You’ll Do
Establish & Lead the Delivery Function
Own the global Professional Services & Managed Services teams across the U.S. and India
Redesign the operating model to transform custom projects into structured, software-driven delivery frameworks
Build scalable playbooks, automation, and workflows to reduce time-to-value and improve margin
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align delivery with roadmap priorities and revenue goals
Customer Delivery & Execution
Oversee onboarding, integrations, migrations, and managed service renewals across enterprise accounts
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes that exceed client expectations
Implement rigorous project governance — forecasting, milestones, reporting, and margin tracking
Balance enterprise flexibility with operational efficiency and repeatability
Productization & Automation
Identify recurring delivery patterns and collaborate with Engineering to productize them into standardized offerings
Introduce accelerators, toolkits, and automation to improve scalability and delivery speed
Translate delivery insights into inputs that shape product roadmap and platform development
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and scale a high-performing global team, building leadership layers and delivery pods
Elevate talent by hiring technical athletes and modernizing delivery culture and practices
Foster a culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and customer-centric execution
Commercial Alignment & Growth
Partner with Sales to define delivery scope, pricing, and post-sale transition processes
Ensure profitability and cost discipline across all delivery engagements
Support renewal and expansion conversations with Customer Success and Account Management
Who You Are
10+ years leading Professional Services, Delivery, or Customer Success in SaaS, cloud, or data infrastructure organizations
Proven experience running global delivery teams of 40+ across multiple geographies
Strong understanding of modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, Airflow, dbt)
Demonstrated ability to build repeatable, productized delivery frameworks
Commercially minded with experience owning delivery P&L or revenue inputs
Exceptional cross-functional leader who can bridge engineering, product, and GTM
Hands-on operator comfortable working in high-growth environments with evolving structure
Nice to Have
Experience within consulting-to-software transformation environments
Familiarity with managed service models and renewals
Background in enterprise data modernization or AI infrastructure initiatives
