We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a fast-growing technology company operating across Canada and the United States. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy while building the systems, campaigns, and team needed to support continued growth.
You will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, sales enablement, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in SaaS or technology marketing, understands the healthcare or regulated technology landscape, and is comfortable using modern AI-powered tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
Working closely with executive leadership, this role will play a key part in building brand awareness, generating demand, and supporting revenue growth across multiple audiences.
7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership experience at the director or senior manager level
Experience within health technology, digital health, healthcare SaaS, or other regulated technology environments
Proven track record developing and executing go-to-market strategies and growth campaigns
Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO strategy, and paid media management
Experience marketing to both B2B audiences (providers, businesses) and consumer-facing markets
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
Familiarity with affiliate marketing or partnership-driven growth channels
Knowledge of digital health, virtual care, or healthcare regulatory environments

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across markets and audiences
Build and evolve the company’s voice, content standards, and marketing frameworks
Digital Marketing & Growth
Own the company’s digital presence including website, SEO strategy, and paid advertising campaigns
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on analytics and performance data
Content & Sales Enablement
Lead the development of marketing collateral including pitch decks, brochures, and sales materials
Develop content strategies across blog, social media, email, and thought leadership channels
Partner closely with sales and operations teams to support lead generation and conversion
Events, Partnerships & Market Visibility
Manage the company’s presence at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Develop strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives that expand brand reach
Lead webinars, marketing campaigns, and other programs that drive awareness and engagement
Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
Implement marketing technologies and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Track key marketing KPIs including traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
Build and manage a growing marketing team while coordinating with agencies and external partners
