We’re hiring a Director of Finance to lead the finance and accounting function at a fast-growing, VC-backed company. In this role, you will own the full financial reporting, accounting, and operational infrastructure, ensuring accurate, timely, and decision-useful information to support the company’s growth and strategic goals.
This is a hands-on, leadership role where you will strengthen financial processes, oversee audits, ensure compliance, and partner cross-functionally to maintain financial discipline across the organization.
CPA designation required
8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including Manager-level audit (Big 4 preferred)
Prior Controller-level experience within a high-growth, VC-backed company
Deep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
Proven ability to scale accounting operations and implement financial infrastructure
Experience leading audits and setting accounting policies
Strong judgment, technical accounting expertise, and attention to detail
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and IFRS financial statements
Lead external audits and ensure accurate revenue recognition and accounting for complex transactions
Strengthen and scale financial infrastructure, reporting systems, and workflows
Oversee treasury, cash management, and working capital processes
Manage tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors across jurisdictions
Deliver board-ready financial reporting and support cross-functional financial discipline
Build scalable financial processes to enable long-term growth
Full ownership of finance and accounting in a high-growth, VC-backed environment
