Customer Experience Lead

We’ve teamed up with one of the fastest-rising AI companies in the accounting space, funded by OpenAI, GC, and GV, to find a Customer Experience Lead who will help shape the future of automated bookkeeping for business owners and accountants.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, accounting, and customer success. You’ll work directly with business owners and accountants to ensure they see meaningful value, using your accounting expertise to guide them while translating learnings into product insights. You’ll help define and refine the customer journey end-to-end, from onboarding through year-end close and renewal.

Strong accounting background; CPA preferred
3–7+ years in SaaS Customer Success, CX Operations, or Implementation
Experience improving onboarding, retention, and the overall customer lifecycle
Skilled communicator with exceptional writing and verbal clarity
Comfortable working across complex accounting workflows for SMBs and larger businesses
Able to translate customer insights into product recommendations and operational processes
Empathy for entrepreneurs — experience running a business, freelancing, or supporting SMB owners
Early-stage startup experience or comfort defining process, metrics, and playbooks from zero
Advanced credentials (MS/MBA/CPA/EA) or background in consulting/advisory
