Job Description

We’re partnered with one of the most innovative AI-powered fintech platforms serving consumer brands — to help them hire a Customer Success Manager who will build deep, high-trust relationships with top customers and drive long-term retention, adoption, and revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll work directly with omni-channel brands that rely on the platform for mission-critical banking and financial operations. You’ll proactively engage accounts, identify expansion opportunities, strengthen product usage, and serve as a strategic partner to founders and finance leaders. Your impact directly shapes how brands scale their financial operations with AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing or account management role

  • Proven experience managing high-value accounts and owning the customer lifecycle end-to-end

  • Strong relationship builder with high emotional intelligence

  • Skilled at identifying upsell opportunities, driving adoption, and leading renewals

  • Strong communicator — able to frame value, ask smart questions, and handle objections

  • Solutions-oriented thinker with strong second-order problem-solving skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, evolving startup environments

  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

  • Bonus: Experience with e-commerce brands, founders, or high-growth SaaS
