Content + Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead and execute social media strategy for a growing technology company operating across North America. This role is responsible for building a consistent, engaging presence across multiple platforms while creating high-quality content that resonates with both professional and consumer audiences.
You will manage the full social media lifecycle—from planning content calendars and producing short-form video to engaging with the community and analyzing performance. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and comfortable using modern content tools and AI-driven workflows to produce engaging digital content at scale.
This role works closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to translate product messaging, campaigns, and brand initiatives into compelling social-first content.
2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts or producing digital content
Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Proficiency with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Cloud Campaign, or similar)
Strong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Excellent storytelling, visual design awareness, and brand sensibility
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple channels and content timelines
Nice to Have
Experience working in agency environments or high-growth startups
Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and automation workflows
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Manage day-to-day publishing and performance across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Maintain a consistent and engaging posting cadence across all social media platforms
Ensure brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent across channels
Content Creation
Script, film, and edit short-form video content including explainers, educational clips, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes content
Repurpose long-form assets such as webinars, blog posts, and product demos into platform-native social content
Produce engaging visuals, captions, and creative hooks designed to increase reach and engagement
Content Planning & Collaboration
Develop and manage monthly and weekly social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and launches
Partner with marketing, sales, and creative teams to translate campaigns into social-first content
Coordinate assets and timelines to support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns
Audience Growth & Engagement
Grow social audiences through consistent content experimentation and community engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to strengthen brand presence
Identify trends and content formats that resonate with target audiences and scale successful approaches
Analytics & Optimization
Track channel performance using native platform analytics and reporting tools
Identify insights around audience growth, engagement, and content performance
Continuously refine the content strategy based on performance data and testing
