    About the Role

    We’re building a video intelligence platform offering AI-powered tools to help content teams create and deliver content more intelligently. The platform enhances all aspects of the content workflow: ingestion, indexing, script-writing, shot editing, translation, and more. AI is central to the technology stack, leveraging multi-agent, multi-modal workflows and LLM-ops tools to solve real-world problems.

    What You’ll Do

    • Work on system-level architecture and build-out in a cross-functional team.

    • Ensure high-quality, well-structured code.

    • Collaborate on product features and implementation details.

    • Refactor and reduce technical debt in existing systems.

    • Implement third-party integrations to expand platform functionality.

    • Help improve processes, products, and support quality.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

    • 5+ years of cloud development experience.

    • Mastery of Python & JavaScript/Node.js, including testing frameworks (Behave, Mocha/Chai).

    • Experience building, deploying, and documenting REST/GraphQL APIs and microservice architectures (API Gateway, OpenAPI, Postman).

    • Expertise integrating core LLM models (Vertex/Gemini, Claude, GPT).

    • Expertise with LLM agent frameworks (ADK, AGNO, CREW, etc.).

    • Expertise with AWS and GCP environments and services (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudFront, ECS/ECR, EventBridge/CloudWatch, CloudFormation).

    • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks: AWS CDK, Serverless, Terraform.

    • Experience with IDP OAuth2 systems (user-facing & machine-to-machine).

    • Experience with React web architectures.

    Pluses

    • LLM-Ops experience (LangChain, Langfuse, Bedrock, Vertex).

    • Large-scale multimodal vector/embedding retrieval architectures (PineconeDB).

    • Temporal durable function orchestration layers.

    • CI/CD platforms: GitHub Actions, AWS CodeDeploy, CircleCI.

    • Video transcode/packaging/DRM experience.

    • Media asset management systems.

    • Video adtech and analytics experience.
