Clinical Director

We’re seeking a Clinical Director (LMHC-D) to lead and scale a high-performing, fully remote clinical team. This role combines clinical leadership, operational ownership, and data-driven care delivery, with a focus on improving outcomes and building best-in-class systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, manage, and develop a large team of clinicians in a fully remote environment

• Build and oversee training, supervision, and professional development programs

• Drive clinical quality and performance through measurement-based care (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.)

• Establish and enforce clear performance standards, accountability frameworks, and KPIs

• Use data to improve patient outcomes and inform clinical decision-making

• Manage clinician performance, including coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans

• Foster a strong, engaged remote culture across the clinical organization

What You Bring

• Active LMHC-D license in New York State (required)

• 5+ years post-licensure experience (7+ preferred)

• 4+ years in clinical leadership (Director-level or equivalent)

• Proven experience managing large, distributed clinical teams

• Strong background in measurement-based care and outcomes tracking

• Confident, accountable leadership style with strong communication skills

• Comfortable operating in a fully remote, tech-enabled environment
