We’re partnered with one of the fastest-growing AI-powered fintech platforms serving consumer brands — to help them hire a Business Development Representative who’s passionate about driving high-quality conversations, creating authentic relationships, and helping fast-scaling e-commerce brands transform how they manage their finances.
This role sits at the front line of the company’s growth engine. You’ll connect with brand owners and finance leaders, open new lines of communication, and help guide interested prospects toward the right resources. You’ll operate closely with Growth Marketing leadership, armed with strong messaging, modern tools, and a clear strategy for engaging the company’s ideal customers.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0–2 years in business development or sales (BDR/SDR), ideally within software or SaaS
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and writing skills
Highly organized, structured thinker with strong day-to-day discipline
Passionate about fintech, e-commerce, and the DTC ecosystem
High emotional intelligence; able to connect authentically and build trust
Entrepreneurial and self-directed; thrives in fast-moving startup environments
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred but not required)
Bonus: Experience working with e-commerce brands, founders, or early-stage companies
