CRO Specialist
Remote - LATAM
$40,000 - $60,000
About the Company
Our client is a conversion rate optimization agency for eCommerce brands. The agency helps brands grow through CRO audits, A/B testing, and high-converting landing pages. It works with 70+ brands including well-known celebrity-founded and TV-featured consumer brands. This person will work directly with the founder, with no layers in between.
Role Overview
This is a remote CRO Specialist role. This person will own CRO delivery across the client base, from first audit to winning test. This isn't an analytics role where someone hands over a slide deck and walks away. They'll lead the pod: turn research into a roadmap, brief the designers and developers, sign off before anything goes live, and explain to clients why a test won or lost. As the agency grows, this person will build and manage a team of CROs under them, and help shape what gets built next.
Responsibilities
- Full-funnel audits: Run CRO audits for eCommerce brands across quantitative, qualitative, heuristic, funnel, competitor, and ad analysis.
- Hypotheses and roadmaps: Turn research into prioritized hypotheses and a testing roadmap each client can see and follow.
- Test execution: Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests, and know why each one won or lost.
- Page architecture: Define the structure for landing page and website builds, from sales pages and listicles to advertorials, quizzes, and presells.
- Client reporting: Report results and insights to clients clearly.
- Build the playbook: Contribute to the internal knowledge base and SOPs.
Who They're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience for eCommerce or DTC brands, at an agency or in-house.
- Knows eCommerce funnels inside out: listicles, presells, quizzes, advertorials, and cold-traffic-friendly offers.
- Can show their work, with audits or before-and-after test results they can walk through.
- Has led a CRO pod or managed designers and developers, not just reported on the numbers, ideally.
- Comfortable in Shopify, GA4, heatmap tools like Clarity, and survey tools.
- Has run tests in tools like Convert, Varify, or Intelligems.
- Takes full ownership of their accounts and communicates clearly.
